Pre-Thanksgiving Pattern Haul

First of all, Happy Thanksgiving! (if you celebrate)  I hope you had a great time with your family and friends during the holiday.  Recently, JoAnn had an amazing pattern sale and I might have gone a little nuts. Frida – The Pattern Test That Almost Never Happened

Hi!  I know it’s been a while.  Sorry for being MIA. For the past month life in general has been a little crazy to say the least.    Today I want to share with you my version of the Frida pattern by Designer Stitch.  Not sure if you’ve noticed or not, but I love testing for Ann from Designer Stitch.  Her patterns are always on trend and I like that she always has a vision of how she wants her patterns made and provides inspiration on how to create it.

That Time I Won 3rd Place in the Mimi G Style Conference Fashion Show

Did I ever tell you about that time I won 3rd place in a fashion show?  Not just any fashion show.  First of all, this was my VERY 1st fashion show ever.  Second of all, this wasn’t just any fashion show.  It was the fashion show at Mimi G’s 6th Annual Fashion, Sewing and Style Conference!  Can you believe that?  I still can’t.  You can read all about the conference by reading Mimi’s recap here.
